Order Confirmation and Customization

After submitting your order, a dedicated service manager will contact you to discuss any customization requirements. An invoice detailing shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be provided for your approval.

Delivery Details

The estimated delivery date for each product will be provided at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the specified location within Singapore. For delivery outside of Singapore, inform your service manager. International delivery is subject to the import laws and regulations of the destination country, and additional shipping fees will apply.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on working days only, between 9am to 6pm. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
