Is printing more than 2 colours available?

Yes, we can print your logo or message in full colour if needed. However, the cost will be higher if additional colours are used. Please inform your Service Manager of your preferred printing colours.

Can you help with the artwork for printing and ensure the logo is sharp?

Our in-house designer can assist in preparing the artwork for printing. To ensure sharp printing, we require the logo in Vector format, saved as an AI or PDF file. The logo colours should be specified in Pantone colours. Artwork generation is free of charge.

Can I see a printed sample? Is this free?

A printed sample with your logo can be arranged for your review, but a sample fee will apply. The standard practice is to approve the design based on an image of the printed sample. If a physical sample is needed, please allow additional time for final delivery.

Do you have more products for selection?

I need the products urgently. Can the lead time be shortened?

The lead time provided is a general estimate. We will give a more specific lead time based on the actual order quantity. We will do our best to meet your timeline. An additional fee may apply if express service is required.

How is delivery arranged?

We arrange deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. Deliveries to multiple locations or overseas can also be arranged at an additional cost.
