Shipping

Purchase Terms
We use HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd ("HitPay") to process payments for our Service. By using our payment features, you agree to HitPay's terms and conditions, which are available at HitPay Terms of Service and HitPay Privacy Policy. Gimme A Gift is not responsible for any issues related to payments processed through HitPay.
If you do not make payment through our website, we will invoice you for your order. Payment is due within 3 days of the invoice date unless otherwise indicated. Payments should be made in the currency stated on the invoice, and any costs incurred in the payment process are your responsibility.
Please make all payments directly to Gimme A Gift, not to any service partner or employee.
Fees and Payment Terms
You are responsible for paying the fees listed on the checkout page, order form, or invoice. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this Agreement. We reserve the right to change our prices, and your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new amount.
Overdue payments may incur interest, and you may be responsible for any costs related to the collection of overdue fees.
If we need to cancel your order or require additional information, we will contact you. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a credit to your account.
Refunds & Exchanges
We take pride in our quality control, but mistakes can happen. In general, if you receive a product with a major defect or manufacturing faults, or an incorrect order, you can return it for an exchange or refund, including shipping costs. This policy applies only to Products purchased online through www.gimmeagift.co.
Refunds
Refunds are typically issued as Credit Notes, and the refund method will match the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to your bank account. Refunds are processed within approximately 15 days.
Exchanges
If your Product is defective, we will exchange it for a new one, including any customization. Please request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the Product. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must submit a claim within 5 days of receiving the Products.
How to Make a Claim

- Order number
- Description and photograph of the faulty product
We will review your claim and get back to you within 5 business days with further instructions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." Gimme A Gift disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service or Products will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Termination
Gimme A Gift may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement. We may also discontinue the Service, with or without notice.
If your account is terminated, we may delete your account and all related information. We will not be liable to you or any third party for terminating your access to the Service.
